Accessible Vehicle Options
We do our best to meet the needs of travelers with disabilities or special requirements. Whether you use mobility aids, travel with a service animal, or need extra help from your driver, we’re here to provide support and make your journey comfortable.
globalviptransfer.pro offers several ADA-compliant vehicles, including a Dodge Chrysler Van and two Motorcoaches with ADA lifts, ideal for passengers with limited mobility.
Booking with Special Requests
When placing a reservation, you can specify any accessibility needs in the “Special Requests” section of the Livery Coach booking tool, or in the “Your Message” area of our contact form. You’re also welcome to call 866.323.2378 (BEST) to share your requests directly.
If you're bringing an assistive device—especially large items like a foldable wheelchair—please include its dimensions. This helps us confirm if it can be accommodated, particularly in vehicle trunks. Note: rigid-frame wheelchairs typically cannot be transported in our Luxury Sedans.
For a smooth experience, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
